Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work for ClickAds Protector subscriptions ("Service"). It applies to all paid plans purchased through clickadsprotector.com.

1. Subscription Billing

• ClickAds Protector is billed monthly, in advance, starting on the date you subscribe.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Your statement may show a charge from our payment provider rather than "ClickAds Protector".
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. There are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods.

2. Cancellation

• You can cancel at any time from your account, or by contacting us on WhatsApp or by email.
• When you cancel, protection continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. You will not be charged again after that.
• Cancelling does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period — see below for refund eligibility.

3. Refund Eligibility

a) First-time subscribers — 7-day guarantee

If you are subscribing for the first time and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. After this window, the first month's payment is non-refundable, though you can still cancel to stop future charges.

b) Renewal payments

Monthly renewal payments are generally non-refundable, since protection has been active for that billing period. If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a period you did not use, contact us — we review these requests case by case and may issue a prorated refund or credit at our discretion.

c) Service issues

If the Service was unavailable or not functioning correctly for a significant part of your billing period due to an error on our side, contact us with details. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a partial or full refund or extend your protection period.

4. Free Tools

The free tools on this site (ad copy generator, targeting tool, search term cleaner, landing page auditor, scripts library, etc.) are provided at no cost and are not covered by this Refund Policy, as no payment is involved.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact us with your account email and the date of the charge:

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment provider. Depending on your card issuer or bank, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days of approval.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account while the matter is reviewed.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
